LICENSED SURVEYOR
NFE has an immediate opening for a talented and motivated Licensed Professional Surveyor to support a variety of public and private sector projects. This position is responsible for planning, overseeing, and certifying land surveying services while coordinating with clients, field crews, and project teams.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Preparation and oversight of boundary and topographic surveys
- ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Construction layout and surveying services
- Preparation of easements and legal descriptions
- Research and analysis of property records and survey data
- Review of field data, calculations, drawings, and survey documents
- Supervision and coordination of field crews
- Coordination with clients and multidisciplinary project teams
- Ensuring survey work complies with applicable professional standards and regulatory requirements
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of professional land surveying practices, property boundary determination, survey documentation, and applicable standards. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are important for successfully managing multiple projects and coordinating with clients and project teams.
