After four decades of dedicated service, Nabeel N. Naoum, Senior Associate at Nowak & Fraus Engineers, has retired. His commitment, expertise, and exceptional leadership have left a lasting impact on our firm and our clients.
When Nabeel joined NFE in 1985, the industry was just starting to transition from manual drafting to drawing with CAD. Nabeel was the champion and main person that integrated computer aided drafting into NFE. As CAD drafting became more prevalent Nabeel was promoted to run NFE’s IT department, helping to set standards and protocols which continue to be in effect today.
Nabeel brought a passion for engineering and meticulous attention to detail. Over the course of his career, he played an instrumental role in many of our most significant projects, earning the trust and admiration of colleagues and clients alike. His contributions have advanced the firm’s success and shaped how we approach challenges and collaborate as a team.
Throughout his tenure, Nabeel’s leadership was characterized by his unwavering professionalism, mentorship, and commitment to quality. His thoughtful guidance has helped nurture countless engineers' careers and fostered a culture of excellence at Nowak & Fraus Engineers.
While we will miss Nabeel’s expertise and presence in the office, we are excited for him as he embarks on this new chapter of life. His legacy will remain an integral part of the Nowak & Fraus family.
